Updated to 98.23 surveyed acres. 97 +/- Acres in Township 44N, Range 17W, Section 21 of Morgan County and Township 44N, Range 17W, Section 22 of Moniteau County. This tract is the Old Homan Farm and it has an abandoned homestead with a house, some support buildings and a grain bin. It is accessed off Short Road in the southwest corner.
